Health Education England’s Genomics Education programme (GEP) is the NHS initiative to ensure its workforce has the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to remain a world leader in genomic medicine.
Julie Atkey is the Training and Education Manager in the Yorkshire and Humber Genomic Medicine Centre. Julie works closely with Health Education England (HEE) to deliver the GEP for healthcare professionals in the region and supporting workforce transformation across the health service.
